▶ The OPA627 and OPA637 (OPA6x7) operational amplifiers have taken the performance of FET precision operational amplifiers to a new level. Compared with commonly used OPA111 operational amplifiers, OPA627 has lower noise, lower offset voltage, and higher speed. OPA627 is suitable for various high-speed precision analog circuits.
▶ OPA627 is made using high-speed dielectric isolation complementary NPN/PNP process. OPA6x7 can operate within a wide power supply voltage range of ± 4.5V to ± 18V. The laser trimming input circuit has high precision and low noise performance, comparable to excellent bipolar input operational amplifiers.
▶ High frequency complementary transistors support higher circuit bandwidth and can achieve dynamic performance that traditional FET precision operational amplifiers cannot achieve. OPA627 has unity gain stability. OPA637 is stable when the gain is ≥ 5.
